Points of sale

The shop the prices, the stock and the deliveries belong to.

What it does in the conversation

Prices, stock and delivery zones the assistant uses are those of your point of sale. Today every store has one point of sale, created with the store from what you entered in the portal: country, language and time zone, with the store's currency (amounts and dates are written the way your customers read them).

A chain with several shops, each with its own prices, stock and delivery area, is not served yet: it needs a code per point of sale in every file. Until then, a store_code sent through the API is refused rather than applied to the whole store.

Price and availability are those of your point of sale. Illustrative example, with the products of the template and an invented store.

If it is missing

  • A chain with several shops cannot give different prices or stock per shop today: the assistant uses one price list.
  • The time zone decides «today», «tomorrow», the end of offers and the delivery windows: it comes from your store settings.

The fields

Required: without it the product is not sold the way the customer expects. Recommended: without it there is a declared fallback, but the experience is poorer. Optional: an improvement.
