Your site's address and the pages the assistant links to.

What it does in the conversation

The assistant writes links only to your site: the product page (from the catalog), the shelf of a category («here are some options, the whole shelf is here»), your FAQ, your offers, your delivery rates. It composes them from your site's address and the paths you give.

No site? Your hosted page (groceryai.ai/c/<your-name>) is the chat of your store, with its QR code: you find it in Open to customers.

If it is missing

  • Without the site's address, the assistant writes no link of any kind.
  • Without category paths, there are no shelf links.
  • Without the FAQ path, the assistant answers without pointing to your FAQ.
  • Without the product link in the catalog, the cart line has no link.

The fields

Required: without it the product is not sold the way the customer expects. Recommended: without it there is a declared fallback, but the experience is poorer. Optional: an improvement.

Frequent errors and their message

  • PERCORSO_NON_VALIDO

    «The path can contain only lowercase letters, digits, hyphens and slashes.»(explanation of this guide: Core returns the code)

    What to do: Write the path without the domain: frutta-e-verdura/frutta.

  • VALORE_NON_AMMESSO

    «This value isn't allowed.»

    What to do: Check the address of the site: https:// and a public name.

How to send it

  • From the portalIn part

    Today: the site's address in Store settings and the hosted page in Open to customers. Coming: the «Site» page with the paths and the links the customer will read.

  • From the APIComing

    The paths are in PUT /v1/store_texts (site); the permission texts:write cannot be created from the portal yet.
